Curved Glass Office | West London

The Challenge 

In this glass partitioning installation project, our client contacted our team wanting to divide a bright, open work area within their office.

For us, the challenge lay in the fitting process. The client’s vision of their new glass office was situated below the building’s existing staircase, which had a curved edge – something unusual compared to our more standard installations.

In order to make the most of the space (as well as create that ‘wow’ factor), we needed to deliver a glass partitioning system that suited the needs of their business.

The Solution 

This project was ideal for curved glass partitioning. As one of our premium options, this glass pane followed the curve of the staircase to ensure we made maximum use of the available space.

Once we’d agreed on the best system for our client’s workspace, we were ready for installation. Whilst fitting curved glass walls are more complex than our typical glass walls, we have years of experience up our sleeve. During the site visit, we took accurate measurements of the workplace to establish the radius of the curve. We could then also ensure the glass partitioning tracks were made so the curved glass could easily be fitted.

Overall, the curved glass partition created a sleek and professional look for our client that they were extremely happy with. The curvature, along side the transparency of glass that allowed light to flow in, maximised space to ensure it was light and spacious. What’s more, curved glass has a premium finish that resulted in the curved glass office becoming a centre design piece for their office.
